Mechanical Design and Engineering
Mechanical engineering services include conveyor system design, pick module design, mezzanine concepts, pallet rack layouts, and shelving layouts. Our experienced systems engineers utilize AutoCAD to produce detailed and accurate designs for your project. Upon project commissioning, complete “as built” drawings are delivered to the client.

Electrical Engineering
Electrical engineering includes complete system operational design, flow control, control panel design and fabrication, hardware selection, PLC programming, barcode systems, and detailed system documentation.

Mechanical Installation
Complete system installation services. From the uncrating of equipment to final tune-up and system commissioning, you are assured of an accurate, on schedule, system implementation by experienced professionals. Installation of floor supported and ceiling hung conveyor, air compressor equipment and air piping systems, pick modules, mezzanines, pallet rack, and shelving can be provided.

Electrical Installation
Complete electrical field wiring services by experienced, licensed electricians, including placement of control panels and wiring of remote electrical devices. If required, electrical feed can be run from your building switch gear to system control panel. Communication cabling for sortation system PC, modems, networking, and data transfer is also offered.

Existing Equipment Tear-Outs and Retrofits
We can provide mechanical and electrical services to tear-out, retrofit, or relocate existing installed equipment per your requirements.

Preventative Maintenance
We offer mechanical and electrical scheduled preventative maintenance programs. We provide a thorough inspection of your system, then prepare a detailed plan outlining services to be performed. Maintenance services such as checking the alignment, tension, and wear of belts and chains, lubrication of bearings, drive chains, sprockets, and power units, checking reducer oil levels, inspection of safety equipment, and checking the proper working order of electrical devices are performed.

Replacement Parts
Our service department can help to identify and supply replacement parts for your equipment.
